Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when it arrived—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away, and we will arrange a replacement.
Exchanges
In most cases, you do not need to return the item first for an exchange. For certain products, we can speed up the exchange process if you reach out to us via email. We'll assist you in getting your exchange sorted quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (e.g., food, plants, or flowers), custom or personalized products, and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). If you're unsure about a specific item, please contact us.
Discounted items, sale products, and gift cards are not returnable. However, they may be exchanged or eligible for store credit.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if it’s been approved for a refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it might take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to finalize the refund. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not cover return shipping fees. Be sure to send items back in their original condition and packaging. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
